Years of accumulated belongings often hide mold, pests, and biohazard material needing specialized sorting, not just hauling. Trauma Clean Pros sends trained Hoarding Cleanup technicians anywhere in Leonardo.

Hoarding cleanups need more than labor — they need a structured process protecting both belongings and people.
Structured sorting bins, PPE, and biohazard identification protocols travel with every Hoarding Cleanup crew.
Every technician holds an active bloodborne pathogen certification for any biohazard uncovered, backed by full liability coverage.
Crews staffed near Leonardo keep scheduling flexible for both urgent and planned Hoarding Cleanup jobs.
A written price follows an in-person walkthrough and holds firm once the crew begins.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and issues vary property to property.
Anything biohazard uncovered mid-sort gets flagged and handled properly.
Belongings are sorted into salvage, donate, and dispose categories, with the client involved wherever possible.
Mold hidden behind stacked belongings is common in long-term situations and gets flagged as it's uncovered.
Rodent or insect activity found during cleanup is documented and coordinated with a pest control partner.
Once sorting is complete, affected areas receive a full sanitization pass.
We handle hauling logistics so the family isn't managing that separately.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and we schedule an assessment at a time that works for you.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives at your Leonardo property before any work begins.
After the walkthrough, technicians provide a written flat-rate quote and a proposed timeline.
The project closes with documented inspection, and we return at no charge if follow-up is needed.
